Fraud Alert – Investment Scam Impersonating MEZOO

Hello, this is Mezoo Co., Ltd.
We have recently identified fraudulent activities in which individuals impersonate our employees and solicit investments. We would like to urge investors to exercise extreme caution.
■ Identified Types of Impersonation
- They impersonate Mezoo employees through phone calls, text messages, social media, or KakaoTalk to recommend investments.
- They request money by falsely claiming to provide special information related to our IPO or preferential subscription opportunities.
- They pose as internal representatives of the company and spread false information related to the listing.
■ Official Statement from Mezoo
- Mezoo does not solicit investments from individuals or request money through phone calls, text messages, or messaging services by employees.
- All IPO public subscriptions are conducted exclusively through the designated lead underwriter. Neither the company nor any individual conducts subscription processes separately.
- All official information related to Mezoo can only be verified through the Financial Supervisory Service’s Electronic Disclosure System (DART, dart.fss.or.kr) and through our official website.
■Notice to Investors■ If you receive communications of the type described above, they are fraudulent and have no connection with our company. Under no circumstances should you transfer money or provide personal information.
